A wish

I would like to say that I want to write a blog post everyday but in all honesty I don’t know how people do that. They probably don’t and do several in one day and post throughout the week regardless I think I would like to try for at least once a week. I feel better when I just ramble. I have started doing so many things I am proud of and I just want to continue on this path of wellness and growth. My partner and I just got back from a two week vacation and I would love to do some rambling about all the cool things we did. I have also been doing yoga at least three times a week and other exercises as well. From when I started being healthier in February I have lost 20 pounds and I am so proud of myself and feel stronger and healthier. I have a lot of rambles to share and I have been doing some roaming.
